Valley Elite performaners are aiming at State Standards as teams prepare for the "Second Season". Performances at Louisa, Garfield, and Fluvanna were impressive in Friday night's rain delay and Saturday's beautiful weather. At the Louisa Last Chance, Valley track girls were running and throwing with full throttle as Harris, Hamilton, Slater, Showker, Richards, Mowbray, Hopkins, Propst, Leaman, Reedy, Life and Baily took first or second place honors in 11 of 16 events. Valley tracksters will continue to fine tune in the season's final meets this coming week.
