A warm day and a blistering fast track at "The Wood" produce some great performances as everyone prepares for the second season.

Soon to be on VH1, Megan is learning the "Baton Rap".

"It's time for the Chip and Scrub Show"

A proud coach and his pupil!

Youth is served!

Eaves cruises across the finish line.

"I'm not worthy".... these guys are so fast even the starter was impressed!

Excuse me sir, you said we had to run where?

Is that....yes, it is. A familiar face returns to the line

TA throwers are in abundance this year.

New and innovative wind resistance techniques were being used

at the last chance qualifier.

Wind aided or Wind resistance?

A sunny crystal clear day highlighted more helmet art.

Becky, Mandy and Jesse show the grace and beauty of the discus throw.

SSHHHHH... Don't tell anyone...it may be in the news.
Valley Track Patrons have wondered where the media was now for three years in the coverage of the throws.
The best kept secret in the girls division is the number of quality throwers in the valley. All-State athletes GALORE!
Possibly the "Best Show in Town" during the second season is
four of the top 9 throwers in AA right here in the Valley District
...and a new crop coming on.
