Rockingham/Hburg City-County Championships at Turner Ashby Boys Results ~ Girls Results In cool, windy weather the Harrisonburg Rockingham City/County meet was held at TA. Danile Harvey of TA raced to dual wins in the sprints along with teammate Chris Morris of TA in the horizontal jumps.
