USATF 2012 Virginia Clinic Schedule  
To take part in the clinics...


ADVANCED TRACK & FIELD CLINIC for Meet Directors, Referees & Technical Managers.
Sunday, January 22, 2012; 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
At The VHSL Office, 1642 State Farm Blvd, Charlottesville, VA

Highly recommended for all District, Region and State Directors and Referees & Senior USATF &VHSL Certified Officials.

Scope of the Clinic: Time Management, Weather Considerations, Event Staffing Requirements, Liability Considerations, Facility and Competitors Safety Requirements, Application of the 2012 NFHS Rules and Virginia State Adoptions.

Cost at the door: $10.00, check or cash.


USATF Certification Clinic Notice for the 2012 clinics
Get your 2012 calendar out and mark these dates. We will have four USATF/VHSL Regional Clinics and one Meet Management Clinic in the next six weeks to fulfill your certification requirements.

January 22, 2012: Meet Directors and Referees Advanced Clinic at VHSL Office, in Charlottesville. Instruction starts at 10:00 AM.

January 29, 2012: Central Region Clinic at the University of Richmond. Robbins Hall,(Basketball Facility), Room 245. Registration at 9:30 AM. Instruction 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

February 5, 2012: Eastern Region Clinic at Christopher Newport University in Newport News. The Indoor Track Facility, Registration at 8:30 AM. Instruction 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

February 5, 2012: Western Region Clinic at Liberty University, Football Team Meeting Room. Registration at 12:30 PM, Instruction 1:00 Pm to 5:00 PM

February 12, 2012: Northern Region Clinic, Robinson High school, 5035 Sideburn Rd., Fairfax, VA. Registration at 8:30 AM. Instruction 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The Clinic fee is $20.00 for those that pre-register and $30.00 at the door. There will be Clinic “2012 Pins” this year, however, I am not publishing the Rules Comparison Manual as we will start relying on the USATF Best Practices web site.
