A Fundry deflects financial influence by offering a more efficient avenue of power, thus leaving the other branches relatively free to fulfill their purposes. A briber has to bribe all parties, hope his mark is competent and stays bought, and hope to pass review in statute courts and the court of public opinion. Bidding on a seat in the Fundry has none of these problems. _______________________________________
