It only took 5 years to get beautiful weather for the morning of the event. This year we were able to attract over 350 participants, which beats last year's 300 participants. As of yesterday, we had collected somewhere between $9,000 and $10,000. However this is not the final amount; we still have donations coming in, so our total amount raised is still not final. This email will have the results posted in the different age divisions for male and female, 5K and 10K. The top 3 in each age and gender division will receive a race plaque that will have the individual's name and time engraved. I will send out a follow-up email that will contain overall results, an evaluation, and a list of the top supporting groups who raised the most money. The group that collected the most money will also receive a race plaque as the race's biggest donor. Again, I would like to thank all the participants, donors, friends, family, and supporters of this year's event. We look forward to doing it again next year as we prepare for the 6th Annual Race to Beat Breast Cancer.
